Owner / Hunter Boyt
Hunter Boyt is the founder and owner of BHI. He started BHI in March of 2021. He started as a Residential Framer building houses in New Construction nearly 10 years ago! He quickly learned that his passion was in fact building things! Hunter spent some of his childhood in St. Joesph, Missouri, but relocated to Johnson County at a young age. He loves interacting with customers and cannot wait to continue to serve you! Seeing a vision turn into a reality is Hunter's favorite part of his company.
Lead Technician / Armani Martinez
Armani Martinez is our Lead Technician - he has been with BHI now for 3 years! Armani grew up in Okinawa, Japan on Kadena Air Force Base! He does now live in Johnson County. Armani's favorite part of working with BHI is the work environment "it doesn't feel like I'm working, always enjoy being out on the job with the crew!"
Office Manager / Tori Lechner
Tori Lechner recently joined us in 2025. She is the face behind all of our marketing, analytics, and scheduling. She studied marketing at the University of Kansas and has been a great addition to the BHI team!
